All products sold through Stencilly are digital files delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

Files are made available for download immediately after payment is completed and are considered delivered once download access has been granted.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges once download access has been provided.

By purchasing from Stencilly, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product only, with no physical delivery.

  • Files are delivered electronically after payment.

  • No cancellations or refunds are available once download access has been granted.

Licensing

All stencil designs sold through Stencilly are provided as digital files and are subject to the following licence terms.

Permitted Use

  • You may use the purchased files to create physical stencils without limitation.

  • Physical stencils made using our designs may be sold, displayed, or used commercially, including in client work or retail products.

  • You may resize, modify, or adapt the designs solely for the purpose of creating physical stencils or finished physical works.

Prohibited Use

  • Redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of the digital files is strictly prohibited.

  • You may not sell, share, upload, or make available the digital files in any format, whether modified or unmodified.

  • You may not include the files in digital bundles, marketplaces, or downloadable products.
